Wow does this sound pathetic. Like a couple of third graders whining on and stamping their feet about it being 'just not fair'! Once again PAR trying to put Commissioner Stoltzfus on trial while they hide behind flawed site plans. Obviously has not occurred to them that up until now they may have just got lucky with the ones that have been passed. Or maybe that has got something to do with the plans only being heard by P & Z until 308 and everyone in this City is well aware what that has meant.
ReplyDeleteWhy can't they just comply with the Comprehensive Plan and land development regulations so everyone can move on with their lives.
Or maybe its just easier to now get the City to adopt a new parking plan for their benefit.
