This Just In: Appeals Court Lifts Stay Of Certification

The Second District Court of Appeal has lifted the stay on certification of the recall election. You can read the order by clicking HERE.
Don't look to us to attempt an explanation on this one, at least not now. It is simply unexplainable.

More at some point we suppose.

  1. So we now live in a country where you are guilty until you can prove your innocence? Or worse, they will not even give you the chance to prove your innocence.
And let's not forget Michael Barfield, Fernandez, PAR have never even proven that Commissioner Stoltzfus broke the Sunshine Laws. In fact it appears they have now even dropped the next two court appearances to pursue that case. What a surprise as we all know that of course he did not break the Sunshine Laws and this was just all a smokescreen to get rid of him from the day he was elected back in November. They have got the result they wanted without having to substantiate their allegations against him. Imagine they pursued this and a Judge found him innocent?
So welcome to a new Anna Maria where we now have a new Commissioner, who, if you read the emails, has a wife who it seems was trying to act as a conduit between two commissioners and openly admits to working behind the scenes, away from conventional government, to get the desired results. What irony. Why didn't you expose that Ms Joy and Mr Fields???
