PYTEL's PROTEST AGAINST PARKING IN THE CITY RIGHTS OF WAY
The recent resignation of Frank Pytel from the Planning & Zoning Board was a tremendous loss to the City. Not least because he had a knack for seeing the bigger picture. Frank Pytel is a loss, not only is he well versed in our land use regulations and comp plan, he appeared to apply them fairly and without influence. He clearly took the time to study the applications and not vote with the pack or be influenced by special interests.
ReplyDeleteDoug Copeland, Robin Wall, Jim Conoly, and now Frank Pytel. The four non-elected citizens who devoted more to our wonderful town than anybody for so many years are now behind the scenes. We all owe a huge debt of gratitude to each, and they need to know how much they will truly be missed.
