ALERT!!!
The first request for a bed and breakfast establishment in the RESIDENTIAL zoning district is before us!
Please tell the Commissioners what you think of this before their August 13th work session meeting!

ReplyDeleteIn a nutshell, Commissioners Woodland, Mattick and Tollette (Commissioners Quam and Webb were absent with excuse) reached a consensus that the ‘ordinance amendment request to allow a Bed & Breakfast by special exception at 60 North Shore Drive’ should die.
This specific B&B request, as presented by an owner of 60 North Shore Drive, Kent Ellsworth, will not move on to the Planning & Zoning Board or return to the Commission. Thank you to all who contributed in opposing the request.
